Laborers’ District Council Charity Fund – 2008 Golf Outing
The
Laborers’ District Council Charity Fund held it’s 9th Annual Charity Golf
Classic on May 27, 2008 at the challenging Spring Mill Country Club, 80
Jacksonville Road, Ivyland, PA.
The event included Breakfast, a Shotgun start, Lunch, served on course, and
an evening program with cocktails, dinner, awards and auction.
Our 2008 outing raised over $165,000 to assist charitable organizations that
provide services to the needy in the five county area of Philadelphia.
The Samuel Staten, Sr. Charitable Trust has raised $2,860,000
for local charities since its inception in 1999,proving that Organized Labor is Making a Difference in our Community!
