The Samuel Staten, Sr. Charitable Trust – 2019 Golf Outing

The Samuel Staten, Sr. Charitable Trust will hold its 20th Annual Charity Golf Classic on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the challenging Spring Mill Country Club,
80 Jacksonville Road, Ivyland, PA. This event honors John J. McNichol, President and CEO, Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Proceeds from this event will benefit various 501(c)3 charities including the Qa’id Staten Memorial Scholarship Fund, and Vai Sikahema Foundation as chosen by our honoree, Mr. McNichol.

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Breakfast and Registration
10:30 AM Golf Begins! Shotgun Start
12:00 PM Lunch is served on the course while you play!
4:30 PM Cocktails, Dinner, Awards & Auction

Sponsorship Opportunities

Corporate Sponsor: $5000 – Special recognition on all event signage and publicity, Banner at registration, Signage at shotgun start & banquet, Flagstick (with frame to be presented at banquet), Tee Sign, Full Page Ad in Corporate Sponsor Section of Ad Book, and 8 golfers.

Friends of the Council: $3000 – Includes Your Logo on Event Signage, Tee Signs at all 4 Par 3 Holes on Course, Full Page Ad in Friend of the Council Section, 4 golfers.

Flag Stick Sponsor: $1500 - (Limited Quantity Available) Half Page Ad in Flag Stick Section and
Framed Flag Awarded to Sponsor After Tournament at Dinner Banquet.

Tee Sponsor: $1,000 - Includes Tee Sign on One Hole and Listing of Sponsor in the Ad Book
